ELEVATE Therapy Services is a cash-pay, concierge rehabilitation and wellness practice serving Oakland County and Macomb County, Michigan. We deliver Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Nutrition Counseling, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, and Stretch Therapy directly to clients at home, at work, at the gym, or via telehealth.

We are actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Registered Dietitians (RD / RDN), Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT), and Certified Personal Trainers on a 1099 independent contractor basis. All roles are PRN and flexible — you set your own schedule.
